Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries across various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge to answer questions.
• Process orders, forms, and requests.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
• Manage a team of junior representatives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 24 months of BPO experience.
• The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
Qualifications:
• Willing to work onsite in San Pedro.
• Available to start ASAP.
