Salary Range:
💰 ₱18,000 – ₱20,000
Location: Binan City, Laguna


Job Description:
• Assist the HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Serve as the company coordinator for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Fund.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle HR investigations and enforce strong employee relations policies.
• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Oversee timekeeping activities.
• Monitor administrative tasks and control costs related to office supplies.


Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• At least 6 months work experience in the same field is necessary.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledgeable in interview techniques and applicant screening.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
